Remote Grease Fitting Systems
Group 1 Grease Fitting Junction Blocks
SAE Products® Group 1 junction blocks have 11/32″ diameter mounting holes at 90 deg. intervals, for use with 5/16″ diameter mounting bolts. This permits horizontal or vertical positioning of lubricant inlet passages. For use with 1/8″ NPT grease fittings only. Junction blocks are made of carbon steel.

Group 2 Grease Fitting Junction Blocks
SAE Products® Group 2 junction blocks have 9/32″ dia. mounting holes for use with 1/4″ dia. mounting bolts. Mounting holes are perpendicular to inlet passages allowing only vertical positioning of lubricant inlet passages. For 1/8″ NPT grease fittings only. Junction blocks are made of carbon steel.

Tube Connectors

Bulkhead Bearing Block Connectors
SAE Products® bulkhead connectors mount directly to bearing blocks and other lubrication points. To use connect one end of a whip hose, tube connector, or feed line hose into a junction block inlet and connect the other end into the bulkhead connector.

Feed Line Swivels

Lubricant Feed Line Hoses
SAE Products® feed line hoses allow lubricant to flow between junction blocks and lubrication points. Made from nylon tubing with a dacron braid and polyurethane cover. Pre-filled with NLGI grade 1 grease.

Steel & Nylon Tubing
SAE Products® tubing allows lubricant to flow between junction blocks and lubrication points. If specified below tubing comes pre-filled with NLGI grade 1 grease. Nylon tubing has a temperature range of -60° F to 200° F.

SAE Products® 304 Stainless Steel Tubing allows lubricant to flow between junction blocks and lubrication points in corrosive environments. Stainless Steel Tubing has higher working pressures than nylon or steel tubing.
